Order Availability

Depending on customer approval, stitch count, and quantity, orders at Stitches Embroidery and Customs are completed within 7-10 business days, if not sooner. Any due dates prior to or past standard turnaround times will depend on what is approved and agreed upon prior to production.

Shipping & Handling

We use UPS Delivery Service, and USPS in some cases. We can ship Standard Delivery, or Two-Day. Some shipping companies will not allow packages to be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Backorders

Occasionally, garments you choose may be out of stock. When this situation occurs, garments will be backordered for you. Your order will be partially shipped if possible. A representative from Stitches Embroidery and Customs will contact you with the status of your order.

Customer Supplied Apparel

Stitches Embroidery and Customs, at its discretion, will embroider or screen print customer-supplied garments; however, we do not encourage it. There is a 5% chance that our machines may malfunction, and as such, we cannot assume responsibility for your garment.

The customer assumes all liability for any items that sustain machine damage while at our business location. Stitches Embroidery and Customs will not replace customer-supplied goods if this occurs.

Please note that Stitches Embroidery and Customs will take the best possible care with supplied goods. However, any machine is subject to occasional malfunctions.

Stitches Embroidery and Customs reserves the right to decline the acceptance of customer-supplied goods.

The garments must be new, or gently used, material only. Stained unlaundered garments will be refused.

All setup and art fees will still apply, and minimum quantities may be required.

Pricing

Merchandise is sold at prices agreed upon at the time of bid. Stitches Embroidery and Customs reserves the right to adjust prices to reflect changes to your artwork, substituted garments, or other changes in the marketplace during the course of fulfillment.

Approvals

Stitches Embroidery and Customs will proceed with your order once we have received approval of the proof either via email or in writing. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Stitches Embroidery and Customs is not responsible for any typographical mistakes or errors that are overlooked and later approved by the customer. In addition, Stitches Embroidery and Customs cannot be held responsible for any damages that may be incurred as a result of the error or mistake after the order has been embellished and accepted by the customer.

For example, if an order is supposed to read “Happy Holidays,” but the customer approves the artwork with a typographical error so the artwork reads “Hapy Holidays” (missing a “p” in “Happy”), Stitches Embroidery and Customs cannot be held responsible for the misprint as a result of the error. Once the customer approves the proof and order acknowledgment, we are not at liberty to make ANY changes to the order. Whether correct or with errors, the order is printed exactly as approved by the customer. For this reason, it is VERY IMPORTANT to carefully review ALL the paperwork before replying with your approval.

Virtual Samples

The products shown are for demonstration purposes only. Actual products and colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your computer monitor. Virtual samples are not exact representations of your product but are intended to give you a good idea of what your finished merchandise will look like.

Text

Text for orders should be submitted as you want it to look. The name of the font is extremely appreciated. If you do not know the name of the font, we will suggest one that is similar. If you want the exact font, there will be a small fee for finding the font, or for digitizing it.

Customer Responsibility

Customers of Stitches Embroidery and Customs are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, and/or style of goods.

Stitches Embroidery and Customs is not responsible if a customer changes the design after approval or waiver has been signed and the design has been placed on goods.

Payment Policy

At Stitches Embroidery & Customs, we strive to provide exceptional service and high-quality products to all our customers. To ensure smooth transactions and timely delivery of your orders, we have established the following payment policy:

Payment at the Time of Order: Payment is due after proof approval and once all order details have been finalized. This applies to both custom and non-custom products.
Payment at the Time of Pickup: For items provided by the customer for customization, payment is required at the time of pickup.
Exceptions for Invoicing: As a small business, we generally do not extend credit terms. Exceptions for invoicing will be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly for schools and organizations. However, please note that payment must be made within the agreed-upon terms stated on the invoice. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in delays or cancellation of future orders.
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.
Late Payments: Invoices not paid within the specified terms will incur a late fee of $25 per month. Continued delinquency may result in the suspension of services and future orders.
Custom Orders: Custom orders will not begin production until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Refunds and Cancellations: Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds and cancellations are generally not permitted once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before making payment.

 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our payment policy, which allows us to continue offering quality services to our valued customers. If you have any questions or require an invoice, please contact us directly.

Cancellations

All orders are considered “firm” when placed. No cancellations on finished merchandise are accepted. Cancellations made prior to production are permitted, subject to charges for artwork in progress, completed custom digitizing and return of merchandise acquired including all restocking fees and shipping costs incurred by Stitches Embroidery & Customs.

Launder-ability and Shrinkage

Some shrinkage is unavoidable in all knitted, or cotton based, garments. To minimize shrinkage, follow washing instructions on garment label. Stitches Embroidery & Customs is not responsible for shrinkage of garments.

Sizing

Due to market conditions and mill variances, we cannot guarantee consistency in sizes to match from order to order, color to color, or brand to brand. Contact us for sizing information, and charts where available.

Returns

No returns accepted without prior authorization. All claims must be made within three days of receipt of goods.

Ownership of Artwork and Digitized Files

While you own the right to control the use of your logo, all artwork and digitizing created by Stitches Embroidery and Customs remain the property of Stitches Embroidery and Customs. All electronic files created by Stitches Embroidery and Customs will remain the property of Stitches Embroidery and Customs for our exclusive use in executing your orders.

Because it is our policy to render art services for production orders solely on a cost-recovery basis, any transfer to the client of rights to creative works and materials prepared or contracted by our personnel is subject to reasonable release fees commensurate with the creative services rendered and at a value as determined solely by us.

Trademarks, Logos, and Copyrights

All logos and trademarks are registered trademarks and logos of their respective owners and copyright holders. They are provided only as a convenience for their lawful use and should be used only by the owner of the logo or trademark, authorized agents, or affiliates with proper permission from the copyright holders.

Any customer of Stitches Embroidery and Customs represents and warrants to Stitches Embroidery and Customs that they have the unrestricted right to use, copy, and distribute each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, graphic, artwork, name, photograph, portrait, picture, or illustration of any person, or any other intellectual property in the way it is to be printed on or otherwise applied to the merchandise ordered by the customer. All customers must agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Stitches Embroidery and Customs harmless from any claims, suits, or actions alleging that the merchandise ordered by the customer violates or infringes upon any rights of any third party.

All customers are solely responsible for obtaining proper permissions and licenses from third parties whose rights may be violated or infringed. To use any logo, trademark, or copyrighted items, a customer MUST have written permission from the owner of the logo, trademark, or copyright, or be an employee or authorized agent or affiliate of the owner. A customer may NOT use any logo or other graphic material in a manner that may infringe copyright. A customer also may NOT use any logo or trademark in a vulgar, libelous, disparaging, or otherwise unlawful manner. Stitches Embroidery and Customs assumes no responsibility for damages or any wrongdoing that the customer may cause using a logo, trademark, or copyrighted items. Stitches Embroidery and Customs shall not be held liable for the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo, trademark, or copyright that is printed on or otherwise applied to merchandise ordered or purchased by the customer through Stitches Embroidery and Customs.

Privacy Policy

We will not sell, trade or give your information to anyone not deemed by law.
